The studio comes with free on-site parking, free WiFi, air conditioning, a ceiling fan and a private entrance opening directly onto the garden. Inside you will find a comfortable queen bed with quality linens, a sitting area, a dressing area with clothes racks and a wardrobe, a pull-out flat-screen cable TV with DVD player, tile and marble floors, and a walk-in shower with a decorative etched glass door and complimentary toiletries. The private kitchenette is equipped with a mini refrigerator, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, blender, rice cooker, hot plate, dining table, cookware, kitchenware and cleaning products, plus a washer and dryer at no extra charge. Outside there is a patio, outdoor dining area, sun deck, terrace, garden and mountain views, and a barbecue for warm Kauaʻi evenings. Guests also enjoy complimentary beach towels, beach chairs, an umbrella, a picnic cooler, a wine carrier, snorkel gear, fresh island pineapple, seasonal fruits from the garden, macadamia nut cookies, island coffee and a variety of teas.
Your hosts, Les and Carol
Les was born on the island and shares his wealth of local information easily - an avid fisherman and hiker with insight into special places for both beginners and experienced adventurers. Carol has lived on Kauaʻi since 1975, raising three children here, and loves hosting guests in the Secret Garden Room while working in the lush, manicured gardens.
She paints, and she brings her colors into the garden in interesting ways, weaving hints of the couple's travels through Germany, Switzerland, France, Japan, New Zealand and across the United States into the plantings and details. Guests often arrive as visitors and leave feeling like friends.
